Kenny Acquitted of all Charges

Kenny was acquitted today, of all charges against him. He proclaimed his innocence from the beginning and those who know him are relieved that the jury saw through the government’s lies and did the right thing.

Kenny would like to thank everyone who wrote him, donated to his legal fund, or otherwise supported his cause.

Quick Update 9-29-10

I received another letter from Kenny today. He’s still on the waiting list for German language lessons, but he’s enrolled in a class until the German class opens up. He’s volunteered for work details and was allowed outside (to work) for the first time since his arrest 6 months ago.

His “podmates” have engaged in their usual hostile activities leading to a lock-down of all those in his pod and ultimately a change of pods for him.

His tentative court dates are:
Oct. 21 Courtroom conference (I’m not sure what that is)
Nov. 9 Jury selection
Nov. 15 Jury trial begins

The TT Fundraiser also received another $50 for a total of $560 toward Kenny’s legal fees.

An Open Letter From a Federal Prison

Dear Folk and Family,

Greetings from my somber tomb. In two weeks I reach 6 months if incarceration. Half a year of my life lost due to a network of cowards and saboteurs. The Government has shown and demonstrated pure malevolence towards me while leaving my life asunder. They will not stop my ascension back up to living and leading a productive life once again. No matter what, my fealty shall never be abated.

I would like to thank everyone right now for demonstrating Pure and True benevolence. From those who continue to write me letters and keep me posted on everything happening out there and to becoming friends on a more personalized basis/level, I Thank You. To those who come to visit me so I can see a Brotherly/Sisterly face, some who drive from hours away, I Thank You. To those who have had projects and or raffles to raise money for my canteen/defense/release, I Thank you. Thank You to everyone standing with me and fighting in my corner and believing in my innocence. I couldn’t do it all without everyone. Thank you all for helping my time go by and letting me know that I am not forgotten. It fills my heart with pride when I receive the family pictures for it reminds me why we are here and what we strive for.

A reveille reminds us that the future is auspicious because it is clearly discernible that our solidarity is strong and can not be weakened or divided. We must continue to refute the lies and poison that the tumultuous maelstrom dumps upon and asphyxiates our folk into submission or worse yet perfidy. The governments subversion of our Country and Constitution has devastated us in the most detrimental of ways. Yet still we show unscathed reverence. We will not quit or tire. Thank you for staying dedicated and continuing forth with our goals.

Keep working together and remain productive always. Do not forget our P.O.W.’s for there are many. Please put more focus on the P.O.W. outreach projects. Write a letter and let them know that they are not forgotten and Thank them for their fight that has gained us that much more freedom that we have today. Remember our fallen who have died and sacrificed all so we can be here today. Onward we march.

The Forgotten Virtue

Of the many virtues a man can have, Kenny is known to possess many of them. But his most remarkable quality is his exhibition of the most commonly forgotten virtue, hospitality. Let me explain.

The last time I saw Kenny, before his arrest, was at a BBQ he hosted at his Connecticut home. Generally meetings of this sort – in our circle – are either pot-luck affairs or everybody contributes a few dollars, and some volunteers go to the market to buy the food, while yet others cook it. But not at Kenny’s place. When he hosts an event he always has the food ready to go when folks arrive. And he never lets anyone leave without a gift.

After the BBQ some of us needed to be guided back to the highway. A couple of people mentioned that they’d like to stop at a Dunkin Donuts and get a coffee. Kenny got in his truck led us to the Dunkin Donuts, jumped out of his truck, hurried inside, waited by the cash register, took and placed everybody’s order, and insisted on paying for everyone’s coffee.

Although it seems like a small thing, it is often the details that are telling. And what the details always told me, about Kenny, is that he is truly one of the good guys.

Quick Update on Kenny’s Status

Kenny is doing as well as can be expected. He’s got his blood sugar level under control and is about to begin German language lessons. He figures he may as well make the best of a bad situation and learn German, which has been an interest of his for a while.

His next court date has been pushed back to October. This is a common tactic prosecutors use when they don’t have a case. They first “throw the book at you” in order to intimidate. Most people when faced with a dozen charges figure that at least one of them will stick (even if they’re all bogus) and are inclined to “plea out.” If “throwing the book at you” doesn’t work, they keep delaying the case, hoping the time in prison will “break you” and – out of desperation to get out – you will cop a plea. Very nasty, corrupt, and completely unconstitutional practices that must be brought to an end.

As of right now he thinks his trial is going to begin in November and should last 4 days. His attorney has quoted a price of between $12,000-$14,000. We are hoping to help mitigate the sting of legal fees by raising money via the TT Fundraiser effort. $500 has been raised so far.

Kenny has lost everything by his arrest, including his girlfriend, his job, his apartment, and soon, he’ll be losing his truck. His prison canteen has been taken care-of by friends and family and it is hoped that the community will pitch-in to defray his legal costs. The TT Fundraiser effort is being administered by the good folks over at one of the White Nationalist communities most successful charities, Aryan Volk of Midgard, who have a long tradition of supporting those of need among our people. Whites are the most charitable people on earth, unfortunately most seem to reserve their charity for those who hate us, instead of for their own. AVM fills the gap, providing beautiful gift baskets to young families in need and running an annual Christmas/Yule drive. All donations received by them are used exclusively to pay Kenny’s legal costs.

A Random Act of Kindness

One can learn only so much about a person by listening to what others say about them. Sometimes to really gain an insight into someone, there is no subsitute for their own words. Just a month prior to Kenny’s arrest, on March 20, 2010, he posted the following to a White Rights and Advocacy forum. I’m reposting it here (only slightly edited for clarity):

So I am on vacation right now. I decided to run some errands in my hometown. Check the po box and stuff. Off of the highway overpass I saw a guy standing on the sidewalk with a cardboard sign in his hand. I got off of the highway and pulled in to the Dunkin Donuts where he was at. I read the sign. Him and his wife and 4 kids were homeless and he was asking for any help. . . . so I went over and talked to him and introduced myself. He was happy just for the fact that I came and talked to him. I talked to him about his story and to make sure he wasnt some crackhead. He was legit. He was telling me how ashamed he was standing there but he had to make money to provide and keep them in a cheesy nasty hotel room to stay warm.

He shook my hand and thanked me for talking to him. He asked what my “88″ pin meant and I told him the truth and he said that was awesome of me to take the time to chat. And we talked about illegals taking our jobs. I went to my truck and gave him a pair of gloves to wear because it was cold. I went and bought him a coffee and bacon egg and cheese from the Dunkin Donuts and a gift card to get coffee or what not. I gave him $5 and a pack of cigs. I stood with him for over an hour. He kept saying thank you so much and that he couldnt believe that someone would actually help out like this. I told him this is what we do. He wanted my phone number for when he gets back on his feet. he said he wouldnt forget this help. I told him not to worry.

So….a cop drives by. But…he already talked to a cop earlier who said he could stand there as long as he didnt cause a disturbance. Well this is before I was standing there with him. I guess the world is a different place for people when Tyrant is around. The cop spun back around and came flying in the parking lot. She got out of the car and asked for our I.D.s and what we were doing there and what the sign said. We gave our I.D.’s and she was asking if we knew each other. The guy said no…this nice guy bought me coffee and a sandwich and is talking to me about my situation. Well here comes cop car #2 with two officers in it. The cop car drives towards me and drives right in to my leg. I hit the hood slightly and bounced off the cruiser. The cop held his hands up and went whoops. I’m fuming at this point. They put us both on the hood and search us. They asked me if I had a bomb on me lol. like seriously?

My I.D. would not return to me for another 30 minutes. They were TRYING to find something. So the car that hit me had a black and puerto rican cop in it. I had my flight jacket on with all my pins. The p.r. [Puerto Rican] cop says oh someone in the Hitler movement? I said “yep something like that” He said amen to that brother. Then he started asking me about all my pins like he didnt know. But i have no shame in anything so i explained my pins and where i come from. These cops already know who i am. Cop car #3 arrives with 2 more cops in it. The p.r. cop says someone here is a celebrity and they all looked at me. They started asking about CT Hate groups and I gave them a run around. The black/jamaican cop said i was an ‘angel’. apparently hes religious and believes i was the homeless guys angel. he said racist or not he respects the fact that i took the time and went out of my way to help someone in need in the bad economy and said he doesnt blame the guy for standing there trying to make money for his family.

So bottom line is a half hour later I got my i.d. back and it was clean of course. They told the guy he had to go because he was soliciting. The cops offered him a ride to the hotel. And the jamaican cop said no he has an angel here. He said lets go and that I would take care of him. Weird and f@@Ked up s@@t huh? I took the guy back to the hotel and gave him a NEWP card and said to contact us when hes back on his feet. He said after meeting me and seeing how WN are…that he will do anything to help out.
